On Site Laboratory Service

A test facility that incorporates an on-site test laboratory with 3 fully instrumented airflow ducts. Additionally there is large area that holds several permanent Airknife systems for demonstration purposes, which includes a permanent 10 x 2m long bottle/can conveyor which can replicate speeds of upto 80,000 bottles per hour.

FREE Customer Site Visits (Currently offered only by ACI to UK mainland customers)

ACI continues to offer Free On-Site Demonstration for its Drying Systems.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements (Currently offered only by ACI to UK mainland customers)

These agreements offer customers a quality service and peace of mind. Choosing from one or two visits per year, each visit enables an ACI Engineer to fully assess your Drying System and appraise your routine maintenance programme. It will also allow us to advise you on any improvements and recommendations to ensure your system continues to operate at its optimum performance.

SOR / Hire Equipment

ACI can offer a number of flexible methods of being able to purchase and “try before you buy” agreements.
